Verve Wireles has released data that shows 51% of mobile app users from 13 and 35 years of age, would download an app if it contained discounts and special offers. The data given is focused on and around small and medium sized businesses.
The same 51% said they would also be interested in downloading an app to show what stock a store has, with 31% saying this would be an enticing feature, while 28% wanted special invitations to events and openings through a mobile app.
Specifically looking at female consumers, Verve Wireless’s data shows 61% of users between 13 and 17 of age want discounts and special offers in a mobile app, and 67% of females aged between 18 and 24 said the same.
